Yup, they're annoying. Yup, we have to post them.1.) Etiquette:
Keep language and content at a PG-13 level on the main role play chat. Anywhere else is up to you and your rp partner 
Verbal abuse is an obvious NO. Please don't flame/troll/senselessly insult/etc...
R.E.S.P.E.C.T: we all want a little respect when we get home, so try to remember other role players are people too and treat them as such- derogatory language will not be tolerated.
2.) Role Playing
Only role play your characters and NPCs, let your partner(s) role play their own!
Godmodding/powerplay/invinsible-never-die-badass-that-can-kill-everything-in-a-heartbeat-role play style is boring. Try to avoid it 
Try to post at least two sentences per turn. Read this tutorial about crafting really great role play posts and characters!
Clearly separate in character (IC) and out of character (OOC) sentences using () or []
3.) Art/Literature
Folders can be confusing, but try to submit to the correct one- also feel free to ask the Mods about where to put a piece!
No bases, dolls, tracing etc... This is an original character group, so keep your art original too!
You may submit commissions/requests of your characters not draw by you, but you will not be awarded souls for them.
Most missions can be completed with either a picture or a literature piece. Some events, however, require picture submissions. These events are highly visual in nature and will be marked "Visual Submissions Only." They will NEVER be mandatory, however

2.) What is Soul Eater anyway? Do I need to know it to join?
This is a short overview of the Soul Eater universe. Previous knowledge is not required. Although I highly suggest reading/watching the manga/anime because it's amazing
3.) Can my character be associated with XX cannon character? (ie. any character in the manga/anime)

4.) Can I have a double weapon?
Yes! A single weapon character may transform into multiple identical weapons. technically, this isn't cannon, but will hopefully allow more flexibility in your characters and role plays!.
5.) The character I have in mind already has such-and-such Soul Perk, is that okay?
Not yet. Witch, shinigami, and death scythe characters as well as character with different abilities are Soul Perks which you may earn as you finish missions and gain souls~
If your character MUST have whatever Soul Perk to make sense for their character, that's okay too! Just enroll them once you've gained the soul perks necessary. For example, if you have a witch character and don't want to "upgrade" him or her from a weapon/meister- you may create a different character and earn souls with them. Once you've gained 75 souls, you may then enroll your witch character in addition to your other character(s).
6.) I have more than one character, who gets the souls from my art/literature?
All of them! The one earning the souls is YOU, the deviant, which means that all or some of your characters can benefit from your activity. Most Soul Perks</a> can be given to any and all characters if you so choose.
7.) Does my weapon or meister have to have a partner?
Nope! However, Meister/Weapon hybrids must either upgrade from regular meister or weapons, OR be enrolled into the academy once you, the deviant, has earned 25 souls.
8.) Where/how can I partner my character?
Check out the Partner Coordination Hub to see who else needs a partner. If you find a character you like, note their creator and ask! If you have no preference, comment on the deviation and you will be automatically assigned to someone.
9.) I have a suggestion/idea/comment/concern/funny cat story...

o3o Say I have a charrie OC from a looooooooooong time ago. I can change his OPness, yes, but can there be like, standalone weapons or do they need to have meisters? I mean, I just kind of figured he'd get a meister anyway which would be kind of funny to watch them struggle ewe *flails*
